Hey Party People!

First, let us take this opportunity to thank you for choosing us for your event rental needs!  We know you have many options and we deeply appreciate you placing your faith in us to get your party bouncin’!

With that said, here are few things to keep in mind as you prepare for your rental:

• SET-UP: All inflatables must be set up on a fairly level grassy area that is routinely maintained as part of your yard (i.e. No hay fields, mulch beds, gravel, etc.).  Please scan the set-up area for rocks, sticks, pet waste, etc. and remove prior to our arrival for set-up. (Refer to dimensions listed for your specific unit(s))
• SURFACES: A few of our fully-enclosed inflatables can be set up on pavement using sandbags.  Please let us know in advance if this is your planned set-up area so we can make arrangements ahead of time.
• STAKES: We use several different size stakes (18″ to 36″) to anchor our inflatables.  Please consider the area you would like us to set up on and if there are underground conflicts (sprinklers, utility lines, septic, etc.).
• ACCESS: If we are setting up in a gated yard, please check to make sure your gate is at least 48” wide.  Anything less, please let us know in advance so we can try to accommodate.
• ELECTRIC/POWER: All inflatables must be set-up within 100’ of an electrical outlet.  We provide the 100’ extension cord and prefer to use our cords.  If your desired set-up area is farther than 100’ from an electrical outlet, please let us know in advance as we have a generator that can be rented.
• WATER: If you are renting a water inflatable, you must provide the garden hose to the desired set-up area.  Keep in mind that the water from the inflatable will likely affect your grass around the bottom of the slide, possibly causing muddy conditions.
• GRASS: Please arrange to cut your lawn more than 24 hours prior to our arrival for set up. 
• PAYMENT: Any remaining balance for your rental is due by the day of your event.  We can accept cash, credit card & Venmo at set up.  If no other arrangements are made we will charge the card on file for the balance.
• DELIVERY: We will reach out to you a day or two prior to your event to coordinate our set-up & take-down schedule.
